For item 10840, SIM software, once the software is install. In the menu options top of the app ( once loaded), you will see a help option. Once you clicked on this option it will proceed to list a number of options something along the lines of content and about. If you proceed to click on the content option. A new window will pop up with a user guide for you to read.

This is where the under guide is to be located.
