All of the RunCore expected dates given to MemoryC come directly from RunCore. One of the main issues is supply and demand. RunCore can not produce them fast enough and promised arrival dates keep getting pushed. We do apologies but it is completely out of MemoryC's control. Supplier shortage and time lines keep getting moved. This is why out expected date moved again |

...have you thought about discussing with runCore about what to do to increase/hold customer satisfaction? Never ever I've experienced so many delays in such a short time period.

If there is another delay I will cancel my order and I hope everyone else does too. Not because I can't wait, it is because I do not appreciate deadlines being continually put back, it is the worst sort of business practice and it is sure to wreck your reputation.
IF YOU DON'T KNOW - SAY SO. Do not guess, just tell us the truth. Do not give a date until you know the goods have been dispatched. |

Hi,
We go by the dates that RunCore provide us with. Unfortunately they never provide ay shipping information and sometimes (like today, 16GB/32GB Dell Mini 9 SSDs arrived) stuff just arrives on our doorstep with no prior notice.
As of today, the ETA from RunCore has been given as March 4th... but as you suggest, we do not actually know if this is the case, as the leadtime has been put back several times already.
I apologise sincerely, I am the person responsible for our RunCore relationship and I spend at least 1hr daily dealing with them... not very succesfully though

I have today canceled my order. I suggest everyone else does the same.
Reason. I do not like being mislead. I said I would cancel if there was another fictitious expected date and there was, now 10th March. That is one month. A month is a long time in memory development.
I think Runcore need to know this. |

Trust me, I have made this point to RunCore several times daily over the past month.
We received a surprise delivery from RunCore today, although not with the item in your order. Not sure when it will be here, but we hope it will be real soon.
We are currently working on alternatives to RunCore as well. one of these being SuperTalent. Some of these are already available on our site:

Sorry again for the delays!

| At last - pity about the price hike though. I do wish the government would stop messing about and increase interest rates. |

I agree, would make things a lot easier for everyone... Some Flash products have increased in price but the price hikes are mainly related to changing exchange rates (USD vs EUR/GBP).
